When it is about food or cuteness, Koreans know how to impress. Korean Ice-Cream or Bingsu is not just tasty but also very cute, you will love it.

Something special about Korean cuisine is that can always surprise you with its unique style. I can bet you every time you try Korean food it will look and taste like nothing before. And this is not just in main dishes but also in desserts. Of course! The Korean Shaved Ice-Cream (??) has to be exceptional and kind of healthy as well. But most of everything, it is soooo beautiful and cute. It will be impossible to not take a picture.

It basically is a big amount of “snow” kind of ice – small flakes actually – decorated with a variety of ingredients. The original (traditional) Korean Ice-Cream is Red Beans Ice-Cream which is something totally new for me! An indescribable taste that you must try. Some other common flavors you can find are chocolate, green tea – my favorite – and nuts. While the special and most delicious ice-creams include strawberry, blueberry, mango and melon. But surely you can find even more flavors in special events or holidays, with even more beautiful shapes.

Well to have in front so beautiful and cute ice-cream, it is little difficult to start eating it. You will not want to destroy it, believe me! Make sure you eat it properly and mix all the ingredients with the ice to exploit the flavor at its full. Do not try to eat them separately, otherwise you will be eating just ice at the end.

The best thing about this kind of ice-cream is that you can easily find it in almost in every independent or commercial coffee shop in Korea. However there is a shop called Sulbing (??) which specialize in it and in fact is the most famous in the country. Certainly the best place to try the best Korean Ice-Cream!
